Job Description:

  • official of admin, hr & site logistic, procurement
  • front office administration
  • appearance after logistic activities , site logistic activities
  • look after attainment, site procurement department & related activities
  • position , head office requisition prepare
  • account approved & delivery
  • Confirm accurate safety of the Company’s employees, total assets and wealth including fire surety hazard.
  • Investigate the various Reports presented by Admin division.
  • Pay subscription and keep up a congenial working environment inwardly the Company.
  • To be concerned and proactive about creative & innovative ideas for protecting Company’s interest.
  • Monitoring & analyzing whether his teammates are on their way to achieve personal targets or not
  • Developing individual/team/company’s marketing strategies
  • To maintain corresponding Data-Records/ Log/ Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit report to the Manager- HR & Admin.
  • in close alliance with merchandising team members in overseeing different clients/buyer accounts, beginning from yarn/fabric consumption till final trial & order shipment
  • Confirm accurate administrative activities and function of the Company.
  • Straight, rule, confirm and counselor the overall administrative activities of Company Laws.Apartment-Properties-Limited-

Education Qualification: 

  • HSC/ Diploma
  • Graduates/ Masters, MA, M.COM, MBA or LLB, LLM

Salary Range: Tk. 18000 – 32000
